Graham Dawber retired as a partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2005 following a career spanning nearly 40 years with PwC and Coopers & Lybrand. He was the audit partner for the Manchester Metropolitan University between 1989 and 1996 and his HE client portfolio included Bangor, Lancaster, Liverpool John Moores and St Martin’s.

He is a member of the MMU Business School Advisory Board and Chairman of the Centre for Professional Accounting Advisory Board. He is also Finance Governor at Pownall Hall School in Wilmslow. He is also a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of eXpansys plc.

Graham is married with one son and his interests include aviation, Jaguar cars, travel, wine, reading, DIY and gardening.

Graham is Chairman of MMU's Audit Committee.
