Learn how to overcome procrastination and bust your blocks to academic success.

EFT what is that?
Emotional Freedom Technique. Do you want to learn a self-help method for managing negative thoughts, feelings and behaviour?  EFT is often called “a psychological version of acupuncture without the needles.”
