More about Cambridge Hall

Cambridge is located on the All Saints Campus in the centre of Manchester – close to the teaching accommodation for several faculties, main University Library, administrative and Students Union building. There are also several convenience stores, banks, fast food outlets and bars close by.

The Hall accommodates 757 residents in single study bedrooms equipped with wash hand basin. Groups of mainly 10 residents (some 5 bed flats) are housed in flats, sharing a dining kitchen and shower room and toilet facilities.

There are coin-operated laundrette facilities located within both North and South block courtyards and vending machines dispensing canned and bottled drinks and confectionary can be found in both.

The Hall reception is open 24/7 and is covered by Campus and Residential Services staff. There is 24/7 security provision. Entry is controlled by electronic swipe card. Resident Wardens provide students with pastoral support and are on duty every night between 6 pm and 8 am and throughout the weekend. The wardens are contactable via the hall reception or are available at a Surgery Mon-Thursday between 6 pm and 7 pm at the Wardens’ Office, accessible through Cambridge Hall North reception.

There are no Car Parking facilities and no on street parking can be found locally.
