This Network is for all former students of MMU’s Clothing Design & Technology department at Hollings.

The Network will provide you with:

• a direct link to the latest news from the department;
• invitations to professional development courses and business networking events with alumni from your former department, as well as other departments;
• the means to enhance your own CV and professional experience by volunteering to help the career aspirations of current students through mentoring, sharing tips and knowledge, or visiting the department to talk to them about your career;
• the chance to submit a personal profile which can be used by the University and CD&T department in marketing materials and online in order to help raise awareness of the breadth of careers available to graduates – and thereby support recruitment and employability activity.

The Hollings CD&T Alumni Network is part of the MMU Alumni Association, which is free to join and offers members a wide range of fantastic benefits and services.

Who’s set up the Network?

Staff from the CD&T department are keen to see alumni having a continued role in the life of the department. Angela Peers asked the Alumni and Development Office to work with the department to launch and manage the Network and she is the main contact for alumni.

How do I join?

Register for the MMU Alumni Association so that your name will be added to the network. If you’re already a member of the MMU Alumni Association, you will automatically be added as a member of the new network.
