The data will not be disclosed to external organisations other than those acting as agents for the University on Alumni related projects. Data is used for a full range of alumni activities including the distribution of University publications; the promotion of benefits and services available to alumni; notification of alumni events, fundraising appeals and programmes; which include direct marketing and telephone campaigns, and for research and audit purposes by administrative units.
