We define employability as ‘the development of skills, abilities and personal attributes that enhance students’ capability to secure rewarding and satisfying outcomes in their economic, social and community lives’.
In order to help our students to develop and enhance their employability skills staff in the university work closely with students, employers and alumni, to ensure our courses are relevant and that we provide students with a range of opportunities relevant to employability within their course but also outside it.
