Employability is an important objective for every student at MMU, and whatever course you choose to study you will gain skills which are valuable to employers. Work experience and extra curricular activities such as sport are of equal importance, and at MMU you will have plenty of opportunities and support to build your skills and experience.
Students also have the chance to graduate from MMU with the MMU Professional Passport, which offers a framework to develop and articulate the skills and experience attractive to employers.
Students can find part-time work through the Student Job Shop, can volunteer through our own volunteer bureau and can also work for the university on campus. There is a vibrant mix of student clubs and societies. For details of these opportunities, and how they can enhance your employability, see Getting Started.

Any degree can lead to a variety of careers; to get some ideas where your course could lead see subjects to study at the Prospects website.
