Waste and Recycling On-line Collection Form

Before disposing of I.T. equipment, please make sure you have contacted I.T. Services in the first instance via the helpline on extension 4646 BEFORE filling out a Fin80. What counts as IT equipment?

I.T. Equipment includes the following:

  • Monitors/screens
  • Computers
  • Macs
  • Laptops
  • iPads/tablets
  • Mobile phones
  • Printers
  • Scanners
  • Desk phones

If you are unsure whether your item is potentially IT equipment please contact IT Services via the helpline on extension 4646.

For other electrical items, skip this step and continue with the form.

You must fill out a FIN80 form form before requesting a collection service.

Please post the completed FIN 80 form to the Procurement Department, All Saints building or email to Sam Clarke s.clarke@mmu.ac.uk.

When you have received receipt of the asset disposal from finance, please then arrange a collection request here.

You’ll need to fill in a separate request
for each kind of waste you need collected.

About the request

The person requesting the service is responsible for obtaining authorisation from the budget holder. The Waste and Recycling team will contact the budget holder to agree any associated charge.
