We provide a number of helpful and supportive services from receptions at all main buildings across the Manchester Metropolitan University estate.
Our receptionists’ main function is to provide valuable information to students, visitors and staff to help answer any query they may have.
We can also:
- Order an ‘Account Only’ taxi
- Temporarily store deliveries for collection
- Arrange for a qualified First Aider to help in an accident
- Greet visitors and guide them to meeting locations. Just let your reception know your visitor's name, date and time of arrival and any other special instructions
- Arrange for visitors to be given a visitor car park permit
- Arrange for rooms to be unlocked, and advise on how to get replacement keys
- Arrange for staff to gain access at weekends and out of hours. Please give us 24 hours notice if you wish to do this.
