Last year our Maintenance Teams undertook 216,529 Health & Safety building and equipment inspections and associated repairs, 42,000 portable appliance tests and resolved 23,000 requests for repairs made through our telephone Helpdesk service.

We maintain 131 buildings and over 60 hectares of landscape and gardens, which includes over 18 hectares of playing fields.

Our work covers repairs to building infrastructure and all mechanical/electrical services and grounds, including heating, lighting, plumbing, fire alarms, access control systems, lifts, door locks, painting and decorating.
