• We carry out property repairs and more than 200,000 health and safety building and equipment inspections each year.

• We provide electricity, heating and water to 131 buildings

• We maintain MMU’s 60 hectares of landscape and gardens

• We manage all car parks.

• We supply furniture and signs

• We clean more than 280,000m² of accommodation on a daily basis and dispose of rubbish

• We ensure buildings are unlocked each morning and made secure each evening

• We offer helpful and supportive reception services at each building

• We manage all sports facilities and promote sports activities

• We provide catering facilities for our 34,000 students and 4,800 staff (as well as visitors)

• We can relocate your furniture, files, equipment etc. to new accommodation through our Portering Service

• We ensure your post and parcels are collected and delivered

• We allocate Halls of Residence accommodation to our students and provide welfare warden services

• We organized conferences and events for Faculties and external organizations

• We can help you hire a car for work purposes or arrange transport.

• We design and project manage building alteration works and provide specialist services to laboratories and teaching areas.
