HR e-learning platform

On our HR e-learning platform, you will find:

The Equality and Diversity e-learning packages:

1. Equality and Diversity Essentials
   All staff must complete the Equality and Diversity Essentials session. This introduces everyone to the concepts of equality and diversity and provides an overview of the main legislation and its practical implications.
   
2. Managing Diversity
   This session must be completed by all managers and supervisors. This explores how managers and supervisors can comply with legislation and manage diverse teams effectively.

Other resources include a series of learning resource booklets - Developing Skills for Success - covering the following themes: Working with People; Developing Writing Skills; Improving Communication; and Developing Essential Skills together with a folder of Management tools and resources.
