Biography
Lorraine is a Lecturer in the Sports Policy Unit. Her research expertise lies in sports business management. Lorraine gained her PhD from Manchester Metropolitan University. Her doctoral thesis titled ‘Boardroom, Boot Room and Beyond: the manifestation, destruction, and revival of a winning organisational culture’ explored cultural manifestation, perpetuation and change at Liverpool Football Club. Her research interests include organisational culture, human resource management, diversity, belonging and inclusion. Lorraine is currently a Trustee at Access Sport a charity working to combat exclusion in sports.

Lorraine’s expertise covers a wide range of teaching experience, having previously designed, lead and/or delivered units on the following topics:

Presently, Lorraine is the unit leader for Global Sports Sponsorship, Managing Sports Organisations and Sports Operations Management.
