If you’re flying to the UK, we’d recommend you end your journey at Manchester Airport.
Many airlines fly direct to Manchester Airport – or you can take connecting flights from most major UK and European cities.
You’ll have to pass through immigration control at your first point of entry to the UK, so make sure you have all your documents with you.
If you’re either refused admission or only admitted for a short period contact your University department and the Immigration and Welfare Manager. MMU International has further details about this.
We have an Airport Welcome Scheme at Manchester Airport, so there’ll be a friendly face to meet you and transport you to your accommodation.
