A change management meeting is held at 9:30am every Monday morning in IT Services Central offices.
All proposed changes are discussed and authorised at the meeting in order to minimise their impact. Teams outside IT Services Infrastructure are actively encouraged to attend the meeting in order to build up a better picture of ICT changes affecting the whole of MMU.

Any Emergency changes are done as required, and entered into Emergency Changes register at time of change. They are discussed at following change meeting.
