Using Innovation to Remain Competitive: Technology Industries

Join Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Professor, Michael Cusumano, to tackle the simultaneous challenge of “innovation and commoditisation” and the growing demand for new low cost products, features and services in many high-tech industries.

Professor Cusumano will draw examples from the automobile, software and consumer electronics industries that have demonstrated the ability to perform well over long periods of time, including Toyota, Microsoft, Intel, Apple, Google, IBM, and many others.

Take the opportunity to ask questions, meet potential collaborators and be inspired with Professor Cusumano’s principles for ‘Managing Strategy and Innovation in an Uncertain World’.
