Collaborative Partnerships

The Collaborative Partnerships Office (CPO) provides an institutional oversight of collaborative arrangements and academic partnerships with the University. All potential arrangements are reviewed by the CPO before being granted approval. The CPO plays an active part in the review of existing partners by ensuring arrangements are beneficial for both parties and in particular are aligned with MMU’s strategic objectives.

MMU currently has a number links with further education colleges, private education providers, international education providers and the NHS. For further information on each of these topics please click the links on the left hand menu.

The Institutional Code of Practice for Collaborative Provision has been drafted to be consistent with all precepts of the QAA Code of practice relating to Collaborative Provision. It also draws upon the guidance of the CVU Handbook for Practitioners: The Quality Management of Collaborative Provision, 2005. This is currently under review and will be uploaded soon.

The Academic Partnership Guidance is currently being updated. This document provides a practical guide to different collaborative opportunities available at MMU.
