Sports Research

The Institute for Performance Research (IPR) engages in world class internationally recognised research.

There are currently two Research Centres in IPR Sport, Exercise and Physical Activity and Performance and Screen Media. The latter includes a new group set up to develop inter-relations across art-science boundaries: e.g. cognitive neuroscience and music; biomechanics and dance; theatre and digital technologies.
