How do I contact the Student Financial Support Team?

You can contact us in person by calling into the Student Information Point (SIP), Ground Floor, All Saints Building.

A member of the Student Financial Support (SFS) Team will be available from

9.00am until 4.15pm Monday - Thursday
10.00am - 4.15pm Friday

Whilst we operate a drop in service you may have to book an appointment or call back the following day at peak times of the year.
