Pioneering design
Like a giant piece of contemporary art, the highly original jewel shaped building features three individual towers under a stunning glass atrium which will reach 8 storeys at its highest point.
Its glazed façade is designed to let in the maximum amount of natural daylight and at the same time refract colours that react to the changing patterns of the sun and daylight.
Forefront of green development
Designed by award winning sustainable design firm Fielden Clegg Bradley. The 20,000 square building will be at the forefront of green development in the city and have strong green credentials.
