Excellent sports and leisure facilities are available for hire both in Manchester and in Cheshire. In Autumn 2010 MMU opened the doors to its fantastic brand new £10 million Exercise and Sports Science Centre in Cheshire providing this world class facility at the heart of the campus.

Our facilities include:

Leisure and training pools at the renowned Manchester Aquatics Centre
Sports halls with courts for badminton, basketball, volleyball and netball
Outdoor 3G floodlit pitches
Top of the range fitness suites
Fitness and dance studios

Our venues are perfect for professional training and sporting events. They are idea for trials and examinations and can also compliment summer school activity or provide an added extra for your conference delegates.

MMU is currently in partnership with Cheshire East to host pre-Olympics 2012 training camps.
