Declaration of Interests


The University maintains a Register of interest which applies to the following groups of staff and Governors:

  • All Governors
  • University Executive Group
  • Directors of Professional Services
  • Other senior members of staff who can influence procurement decisions or feel that they have a conflict of interest of related party relationship

These individuals must complete an annual declaration of interests form.

Declaration of Interests Form

The Governance and Secretariat Team will maintain an annual register of interests and will co-ordinate the issue of forms and completion. The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for holding and maintaining the register. Forms will be held securely in a register held by the Governance and Secretariat Team. The contents are personal data and will be kept and processed only in conformance with the University's Data Protection policies.
