Education Committee

The Education Committee is responsible for advising Academic Board on issues relating to student education, including strategy and policy in relation to learning, teaching and assessment in connection with all taught award and credit bearing provision.

Meeting Dates for 2017/18

Joint meetings of Education Committee and Academic Quality & Standards Committee are being held during 2017/18 on the following dates:

  • 11 October 2017, 2pm
  • 25 October 2017, 2pm
  • 25 January 2018, 2pm
  • 21 February 2018, 2pm
  • 25 April 2018, 2pm
  • 23 May 2018, 2pm
  • 27 June 2018, 2pm

Dates for all Academic Board and Committee meetings are available on the University Calendar.

Submission of Papers

All papers for the Joint meetings of Education Committee and Academic Quality & Standards Committee should be submitted to the Governance & Secretariat Team 2 weeks before the meeting.
