Bigger Book Bash: Out of this World

Date: 15th June 2019 

Time: 2-5pm (Parade from 1pm) 

Location: Stanley Grove Primary Academy, Longsight, M12 4NL

Tickets: Free. Everyone is welcome. Booking not required.  

Festival at Manchester Metropolitan University. Families are invited to join in with Space-themed activities in the ‘Cosmic’ zone with Jodrell Bank, help build ‘Mrs Armitage’s bicycle with Mcr Cycle Centre, see ‘Harry and the Dinosaurs’ in the inflatable Manchester Museum, make a ‘Gruffalo’, join our ‘Bear Hunt’ and much more … There are lots of stories to explore and plenty to see and do. Poets Malika Booker and Dom Conlon and debut author Marie Basting will be with us in the Manchester Children’s Book Festival Performance Space; join them and our storytellers for a celebration of all things books. Everyone is welcome. Booking not required.
