Andrew Hewett
Chief Financial Officer
Andrew joined Manchester Metropolitan in 2018. As Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for providing executive leadership on financial management and strategy, financial planning, resources and investment, financial governance and all procurement matters.
Prior to moving into the HE sector Andrew spent 17 years in a FTSE100 retail business in a number of senior financial and commercial roles focussed on the groups property portfolio and its global supply chain. He has spent time living and working in Asia with responsibility for sourcing offices in China, Hong Kong SAR, India, Poland and southern Africa.
Andrew has a degree from the University of Birmingham and is a Chartered Accountant.
