Manchester Student Homes is a free, university-run housing service for students. We run a landlord accreditation scheme and only advertise properties from landlords who provide well maintained and well managed accommodation.

The postgraduate housing market tends to pick up after Easter when more properties such as studios, flats and smaller 2 and 3 bedroom houses are advertised on the Manchester Student Homes website. If you visit www.manchesterstudenthomes.com you can use the homepage search to find available properties.  This also allows you to see which ones are suitable for postgraduates and families. Private hall accommodation is also another option you may wish to consider. The majority of private halls are located close to campus and offer the convenience of bills inclusive contracts.

At Manchester Student Homes we always advise students to consider all their options and make sure they find the right accommodation before they sign a tenancy agreement. As well as helping students find accommodation, we also offer a free contract checking service and provide housing advice and guidance.
