Andrew joined PERU in September 2017 as a Research Associate, and is currently working on projects across a number of areas including 'What Works' in probation, approaches to the co-production of public services, and education.
Andrew specialises in evidence synthesis (e.g. Rapid Evidence Assessment, meta-analysis) and quantitative methods.
Before joining PERU Andrew trained and worked as an organisational psychologist, undertaking evaluation and psychometric development work across a range of sectors, including criminal justice.
Andrew is also currently undertaking a PhD researching the use of Randomised Controlled Trials in education and criminal justice.
