Biography

I am a lifelong learner, researcher, reviewer, book author, UKVRN Registered Nutritionist (Food) and highly qualified lecturer, with significant teaching experience gained in roles of progressive responsibility, specialising in the fields of food science, nutrition, nutrition education and chemistry. I am motivated, energetic and passionate about research and teaching food science and nutrition.
