Biography
I am a senior lecturer in Forensic Psychology at Manchester Metropolitan University. I am also the BSc Forensic Psychology Route Leader and the Education Lead in Psychology.
My research focuses on understanding and preventing sexual assault through the use of bystander intervention. Specifically, I have been developing the use of immersive technology in order to measure actual bystander behaviour when witnessing a sexual assault.

Interests and expertise
Research Area:
My research interests combine forensic and social psychology. I have a particular focus on bystander intervention, victimisation, prosocial behaviour, sexual violence, and attitudes towards sexual violence and/or helping behaviour.
Methodology:
- Primarily quantitative analysis however I have experience in qualitative analyses (i.e., thematic analysis)
