Our Service Commitment

The Student Hub is committed to providing advice and information services to all of our customers in a friendly customer focused environment. As part of our promise and commitment to you we have set out the level of service staff and students can expect from us when using the Student Hub.

Services at each Student Hub are consistent so you can drop in to any Hub to find the information that you need, regardless of the faculty that you study in.

Our Face to Face Commitment

We aim to answer your enquiry at the first point of contact, referring you to the appropriate service or person if we need to.

Our Email Commitment

We aim to respond to all e-mail enquiries within one working day during normal circumstances, either concluding your enquiry or giving you a timescale for its resolution.

Our Telephone Commitment

We aim to answer all phone calls during our opening hours and under normal circumstances.
