Sophie is the one of the strategic leads for the University’s ‘Learning for a Sustainable Future’ sustainability engagement strategy and action plan, and supporting the development of the 2030 Sustainability Strategy, and a range of other key strategies and policies across the University. 

Initiating and delivering projects and campaigns to increase awareness and understanding of sustainable development and environmental issues amongst staff and students is a key aspect of the role, and producing a range of sustainability communications and publications.
