Birley en-suite accommodation entail modern shared flats with eight bedrooms. 

Each has its own modern kitchen as well as spacious social spaces and high-speed internet. Insurance and all utilities are included in the rent.

The study bedrooms are fully furnished, with en-suite bathrooms.

Birley is part of the Brooks campus, which is covered by CCTV and patrolled by university security for extra peace of mind. 

We need to make you aware that there could potentially be some building works which could occur during the period of your contract; whilst we will do everything we can to work with contractors to ensure these works are completed by your move in date, there is a risk that there could be an overlap which could cause disruption to your stay.

These works will not effect the function of your property and you will still be able to use all the facilities and move in as normal.

Our buildings remain regulation-compliant, we are taking this opportunity to do enhancements where possible. Any work will be completed as quickly possible and students will be kept up to date with any developments.

We do not foresee a risk that would cause you not to be able to check into this room.
