Careers events and networking
Careers events
You can attend a variety of events throughout the academic year, such as fairs, workshops, and skills sessions, to support your professional development. They provide invaluable opportunities to meet with your Careers Service, build connections with employers and find out about job opportunities.
This is your chance to speak to employers in-person to learn about different industries, companies and jobs. Many employers come to careers events specifically to recruit students, so it’s important to make a good first impression.
