Peer Guides understand that starting university can be overwhelming, you are not alone! 

Gabi introduces you to our Peer Guide scheme, for Peer Support at Manchester Met. Peer Guides are students who have been trained to provide friendly, accessible support; from settling into university life in Manchester, to your mental wellbeing, academic worries and anything else in between; we are here for you.

Freya then shows you how to register on Vygo to join our safe and confidential space for support, advice, and guidance from Peer Guides. Sport and fitness

The Students' Union
The Students’ Union is an independent charity led by five Student Officers that represents the needs and views of every student, and it works with the University to improve their experiences. Once you are a student here, you are automatically a member of the Students’ Union and will be able to join societies, sports clubs and the access the advice centre.
