What happens next?

This is a simple timeline of what happens when you get accepted onto one of our exchange programmes.

Autumn semester

  • January–March: Get accepted on the exchange programme

  • February–April: Send nomination to your host university

  • February–May: Apply to your host university

  • February–June: Get accepted by your host university

  • March–July: Prepare to travel, including visa application

  • August–October: Arrive in your host country 

Spring semester

  • January–March: Get accepted on the exchange programme

  • February–April: Send nomination to your host university

  • September-November: Apply to your host university

  • October-December: Get accepted by your host university

  • October-December: Prepare to travel, including visa application

  • January-April: Arrive in your host country
