Each flat contains between five and ten study bedrooms, with a kitchen and open plan lounge/dining area. Each room has a large comfy bed, desk and chair, plenty of storage and en-suite toilet and shower.
The building has spacious common rooms - with a cinema room, pool table, table tennis, sofas, karaoke and large screen televisions - and a communal study zone.
Rent includes membership of the Unite Students gym at Bridgewater Heights on Great Marlborough Street.
