Parkway Gate is a modern block of self-catering flats close to the city centre and has been extensively refurbished.
Each flat contains between three and six study bedrooms, with a kitchen and open plan lounge/dining area shared between flatmates. Each bedroom has a ¾ double bed, study desk and chair, plenty of storage and an en-suite toilet and shower.
There are brand-new communal areas at Parkway Gate, including games and social areas with seating and TV, pool, table tennis tables and table football. There’s also a cinema room, gym, fitness studio, video games room and a karaoke room. There’s plenty of study areas too, both for individual and group study. Plus, there’s an outdoor courtyard area perfect for sunnier days.

All Premium En-suite rooms have a comfy ¾ double bed, study desk and chair, plenty of storage and an en-suite shower and toilet. Premium En-suites are approximately 15-16m² in size.
