Biography

I have worked as a Senior Lecturer in the Marketing Retail and Tourism Department since 2008. My academic interests include B2C marketing, consumer behaviour, services marketing, retail marketing and working collaboratively with undergraduate, postgraduate and apprenticeship students on live consultancy projects with external clients or within their own workplaces.
