Undergraduate courses

BA (Hons) International Tourism Management

I lead and deliver:

Industry Active a second year module dedicated to developing our students’ employability skills

The Tourism Graduate a final year module during which students individually engage with an industry mentor and take part in an external assessment centre. This module prepares our students to gain relevant skills and knowledge to successfully enter the world of work.

Postgraduate teaching

I lead and deliver:

Master’s Level Learning which prepares students to study at Master’s level

Tourism and Hospitality Marketing concerned with new products, marketing and communication plans.

Supervision

I supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects.
