Biography

Patrick has been an independent consultant with extensive international experience in change management operating at the interface of technology and the wider business. His clients have included Celgene, Roche, Pfizer Animal Health, Eden McCallum, Mandarin Consulting and a number of other health care related organisations, in addition to a number of UK and European based business schools.

Patrick has previously worked with ICI, Zeneca and AstraZeneca for some 20 years through a number of senior international roles in Marketing, eBusiness, IT and Innovation. He was a founding member of an internal Innovation team establishing a global innovation capability. Prior to joining the Innovation team he worked as Director of Global eMarketing and frequently operated at the interface between the business and new digital technologies. More recently he has worked with WCI Consulting Limited (now Navitas) and Eden McCallum.

He was a member of University of Liverpool Council. He has worked as a Principal Teaching Fellow in WMG at the University of Warwick and was a member of the Residential Life Team. He continues to work with the University across several modules and dissertation supervision. Experience as an external examiner across several UK University Masters courses.

He is published in the areas of employability, open innovation, CSR, creativity and role of search engine optimisation in corporate communications. Certified in the use of the Savilles WAVE personality assessment tools. Has significant experience in coaching undergraduate, postgraduate and c level executives.
