Complete Anatomy

1. Download the app.
2. Select Get Started and use your university email address to create an account.
3. The verification email from 3d4Medical may go into your spam. If it does log into the Mimecast Personal Portal using your university credentials and release the email.
4. In Settings then My Account enter the University redeem code UDGZI5172CV5.

Complete Anatomy Support Centre

1. Download the app from the App Store
   • iPhone: Complete Anatomy ‘23
   • iPad: Complete Anatomy 2023
2. Open the app.
3. Confirm your location by selecting your country from the drop-down list.
4. Click Continue.
5. Click Skip to close the introductory pages.
6. On the Now available in French and German select Next.
7. Select Next on any more introductory pages.
8. Select Get Started.
9. Enter your University email e.g. @mmu.ac.uk or @stu.mmu.ac.uk
10. Create a password for your account.
11. Tick to accept the terms and conditions.
12. Select Next.
13. If you are asked to complete your profile, enter your name and select what describes you from the drop-down list.
14. Select Next.
15. On the Choose your photo screen select Sign Up (you do not have to submit a photo).
16. Then Verify your account
17. Complete Anatomy sends a verification email to your university email. If this does not appear in your inbox straight away, check the spam filter by:
    • Logging into the Mimecast Personal Portal using your university credentials.
    • Select the email from noreply@3d4medical.com 
    • Click thumbs up icon to release the email.
18. Open the verification email and select the Verify My Email link.
19. In the Complete Anatomy app select Settings.
20. Go to My Account.
21. Scroll down to the section headed Redeem Code.
22. Select Redeem and enter the University redeem code: UDGZI5172CV5.
23. This unlocks your Student Plus license for Complete Anatomy

Overview

To access Complete Anatomy, you must first install the software on your device. The installation process differs based on whether you are using an MMU-owned laptop or if you prefer to install it on your personal laptop. Once the software is installed, you’ll need to create an account and redeem a code to unlock full access.

Downloading the software on a Manchester Met owned laptop or PC

IT&D have added Complete Anatomy to the software centre on Manchester Met owned devices.

1.  Go to the Magnifying Glass icon next to the start button icon on your Manchester Met owned laptop or PC.
2. Search for Software Centre
3. Click to open the Software Centre
4. Search for complete anatomy
5. Click on Complete Anatomy 2022 and then follow the steps on screen to install.

Downloading the software on your personal laptop or PC

1. Go to Manchester Met IT Software Download Centre
2. Click on Complete Anatomy
3. In the section headed instructions, select Windows
4. On the Microsoft Apps store, click on Get in Store app
5. Select Open Microsoft Store on the pop up
6. Select Get. The Get button changes to indicate that it is downloading software 1.01GB download and it indicates how long the download will take

Create and verify your account and use redeem code to get full access

1. Once Complete Anatomy is installed select Open
2. Confirm your location
3. Select Continue
4. It offers you a tour - skip it to continue with the set up
5. Choose your language or close the chose you language pop up
6. Select Get Started
7. Enter your Manchester Metropolitan University email
8. Create a password
9. Tick to accept the terms of use and privacy policy
10. Click Next
11. Add your name
12. Select student or academic from the A Little Bit About You drop down
13. You do not need to add a profile photo
14. Select Sign Up
15. Select the images as required to verify you are not a robot
16. Complete Anatomy sends a verification email to your university email. If this does not appear in your inbox straight away, check the spam filter by:
    • Logging into the Mimecast Personal Portal using your university credentials.
    • Select the email from noreply@3d4medical.com 
    • Click thumbs up icon to release the email.
17. Open the email and select the Yes it’s me button
18. Return to Complete Anatomy and on the 3D 4 Medical pop up, select the I’ve verified my email button
19. You now have trial access
20. You need to associate your account with Manchester Met to get full access
21. Click on the profile icon - top right of the screen
22. In the section headed Redeem Code enter the Manchester Met university activation code: UDGZI5172CV5
23. Select Redeem
24. You now get a Welcome pop up. Click Got it button to close this
25. Your license details now show that you have student plus license access.

If you are a member of Manchester Met academic staff and feel you would benefit from the teacher account (educator licence) please email library@mmu.ac.uk to obtain the licence code. 

Overview

Installing Complete Anatomy

For members of Manchester Met University staff using Manchester Met-owned devices. Get the software from the software centre on your device. You may need IT&D to install it for you depending on how your Mac is set up. 

To install on a personal device:

1. Go to Manchester Met IT Software Download Centre
2. Click on Complete Anatomy
3. Click on Mac
4. View in Mac app store.
5. Select Get to download the app.

Create your account and redeem the activation code

1. Then once installed click Open
2. In the app, confirm your location and click Continue
3. It offers you a tour - skip it until you’ve completed the whole set up
4. Choose your language then Next
5. Then Next and Finish to close the tour
6. Click Get Started
7. Enter your Manchester Metropolitan University email
8. Click Next
9. Create a password, tick to accept the terms of use and privacy policy and click Next
10. Add your name, select student or academic from the drop-down list. You do not need to add a profile photo
11. Click Sign Up
12. Select the images as required to verify you are not a robot
