Using Library space

Study spaces

The Library has a variety of flexible use study spaces across 4 floors. These can be used for working on projects with friends, solo research, or studying alongside classmates. These flexible spaces are designed to be used for what you need to do, respecting the other students around you.

Need to guarantee a spot? You can also book a room.

Virtual Library tour

Take a virtual tour through the library space to help you navigate the space. It will guide you through the study areas, group rooms, digital resources, and student support services so you can plan your visit.

Accessible study space

Our accessible study rooms are located in rooms G.04g and G.04h. You can access the rooms by swipe card access if you have prior arranged access. If you require access, please speak to a member of the Disability support team.

Eating and drinking in the Library

You can bring and heat food in the Library kitchen areas.  You can also access hot and cold water to make drinks in bottles or cups with a lid.

If you are visiting  Special Collections please do not take any food or drink into these areas.
