Library Life Pulse Survey

What is the Library Life Pulse Survey?

The Library Life Pulse Survey has been emailed to all Manchester Met students.

It asks questions on a range of areas relating to your Library including ‘Overall Satisfaction, Study Experience, Finding and using resources, Library Services, Building and Spaces, Customer Services and Support, Training and Skills Support and Communications.’

(If you have not received your survey please check your junk email first. If the survey isn’t in your junk email or inbox then contact library@mmu.ac.uk).

The deadline to complete the survey is Monday 13 May 2024.

What difference will my response make?

This is your chance to share your thoughts on your Library and the service we provide. The survey results will be shared with Library Services and the University and will be used to shape and support our Library Transformation Programme, both in the creation of a new library and the development of a 4-year interim library environment which will be focused on creating the best possible student experience.

How will my data be used?

The survey is carried out independently by Alterline (an independent research company in the UK), and all their research is conducted in compliance with data protection legislation.
