Use this form if you are a member of staff at an academic partner institution and you would like to become a member of the Library

If the request is a renewal, please state your current Manchester Metropolitan University ID number (the number on your latest ID card).
The name and full postal address of your employing institution (your ID card will be mailed to this address).
The faculty and/or department at Manchester Metropolitan University that validates the programme|(s) you teach on.
The Manchester Metropolitan University programme(s) on which you teach.
The programme(s) is/are validated until (year).
Please upload a passport-style photograph of yourself.
