Manchester Met Business and Law School hosted their second GoGlobal week.

What is GoGlobal: GoGlobal week is designed to celebrate our global community and help students understand how to build their careers globally. Exclusively for students in the Faculty of Business and Law, the week provides an exciting set of activities to allow students to engage in a personalised international learning experience.

During GoGlobal, 23 dedicated alumni from Manchester Met’s Business and Law School generously shared their global insights with current students. This occurred through graduate panel sessions held on Monday 4 March and Tuesday 5 March, where alumni either returned to campus or connected virtually to share their diverse career journeys.

The panels discussed various topics, including demonstrating passion in job applications, gaining practical experience through volunteering or internships, building strong networks, staying resilient in tough times, and making the most of opportunities.

Over 4,000 students attended the 90 events and visits that that took place. With students also travelling to Dublin, Brussels, Antwerp, Athens and Switzerland to engage with many partners around the world.
