Overview

North West Film Archive

The North West Film Archive (NWFA) makes footage from its exciting collection available to media production companies via a professional access service which is prompt, efficient and competitively priced. Material is supplied subject to third-party permissions.

Footage has appeared in hundreds of television broadcasts including, most recently, Edwardian Life In Colour, Who Do You Think You Are?, The One Show, Imagine, Match Of The Day, and A House Through Time.

A major investment in facilities supports in-house provision of broadcast-standard telecine to DigiBeta or HDCAM including standard 8mm and 9.5mm film.
