My passion for Engineering started when I was young, I was intrigued by how larger than life tall buildings and long bridges could stand! I quickly understood the mechanics and structures that made them, while the dynamics of people, processes and technologies have always kept me captivated!

Engineering provides you with endless possibilities. With your Engineering knowledge, plus a little ingenuity and creativity – common Engineering solutions can turn into marvels!

Why do you feel it is important to have a diverse engineering industry?

Diversity is inclusiveness. Engineering has the ability to bring people from all backgrounds together and it’s only by working together that we can ensure successful Engineering solutions.

Engineering is a vast industry and would benefit from every bit of diversity in practice and ingenuity. It’s not all about physical science or physics - it’s about how the industry could collaborate and do things better.
