Biography

Ann is Senior Enterprise Fellow for the Centre for Enterprise and leads a team of Enterprise Fellows to deliver a suite of programmes to the SME community within the themes of Digital, Net 0 and Growth and Productivity.

The Centre for Enterprise manage a portfolio in excess of £25M across its programmes funded by a range of local, national and European frameworks.

Ann has a PhD in Orgnanisational Transformation which she gained in 2012 from Loughborough University and has a passion helping others to learn.

Ann delivers on the Help to Grow Management Programme covering topics including Strategy & Innovation and Leading Change and Employee Engagement.
