Biography

Dr Ghulam Nabi is a Senior Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Organisational Behaviour, and a Chartered Psychologist. He is also a Core Member of both the University Centre for RKE in Decent Work & Productivity, and Work in Small Enterprise Research Group. His principal research interests evolve around graduate entrepreneurship, student-to-entrepreneur transition, entrepreneurship education, and entrepreneurial intentions and behaviour. He has published over 20 articles in top-tier journals such as Academy of Management: Learning and Education, Studies in Higher Education, Entrepreneurship and Regional Development, Journal of Education and Work, International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behaviour & Research, and Journal of Small Business and Development.

Dr Nabi has been funded to carry out a number of research projects, including for the UK National Council for Graduate Entrepreneurship (NCGE), now the National Centre for Entrepreneurship in Education (NCEE). He has also been a Guest Editor for a number of special issues on graduate entrepreneurship and published a recent book on Cultural Values and Entrepreneurship (with Prof Liñán and Prof Krueger).

Teaching

Over 20 years experience in teaching and supervision in subject areas such as Entrepreneurship, Business Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, and Human Resource Management.
