Biography

Head of Projects and Operations at the Institute of Place Management - the international professional body that supports people committed to developing, managing and making places better.

The Institute of Place Management encompasses existing support, from educational institutions, membership associations, community groups and place management partnerships and facilitates networking across these groups, both nationally and internationally. It works with policy makers, practitioners and providers to identify the core skills and competences involved in the effective management, development and marketing of places, as well as distinct skills and competences required for different types of place. We have an official journal - the Journal of Place Management and Development.

Programme management of the High Streets Task Force (HSTF) project. Maintaining an agile approach to complex HSTF delivery management, flexing delivery planning as necessary – against the backdrop of an extremely unpredictable/changeable external operating environment,  to ensure that key deliverables and performance metrics are met.
